Hi,
My daughter puts her fist into mouth mostly while tummy time and also sometimes while being on back. What is the reason and do I need to worry ? I really want to help her not to suck her thumb or fist

This is very typical! Babies actually explore their environments (and their own hands) with their mouths. They also tend to bring their hands to their mouths when they get excited or happy and their sucking reflex (with a pacifier, bottle, or thumb) usually helps them regulate emotions when they are sad, scared, or upset about something.
Again, this is very normal behavior for a baby, so no need to worry.
